Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TrackStack (the "Service"), provided by Altuzar. By creating an account or starting a subscription you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on its behalf.
1. The Service
TrackStack provides website analytics, revenue attribution, AI-generated insights, an API, a CLI and an MCP server, through the web and mobile apps. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe via RevenueCat on the web.
- New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically at the then-current price.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or in Settings on the web. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. For web purchases, contact us within 14 days of a charge.
- Introductory and discounted offers apply only to the period stated in the offer.
4. Your data and your visitors
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect analytics on your websites, for any notices or consent your visitors need, and for honoring their requests. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not track sites you do not control or have permission to measure.
- Do not send sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) in URLs or goal names.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service, or resell it without permission.
6. AI features
AI answers are generated from your statistics and can be wrong. Check important numbers in the dashboard before acting on them.
7. Third-party services
Connections to Stripe, app stores and AI tools are subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may update these terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to iOS use where these terms are silent. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for iOS use.
